Tess has directed a variety of productions, from immersive one-acts to full-length musicals.

Highlights include: 

​

Sustainable theater - Tess staged an eco-friendly production of her play, Your Carving Footprint, with technical elements comprised of recycled materials, creating almost zero waste from rehearsals to performances. 

​

Fringe festivals - At 17, Tess directed the world premiere of her musical, Static, at the Capital Fringe Festival where it won Best Musical and Best Ensemble.

​

Student leadership - Tess co-founded and co-captained a student productions group, After Hours, at her high school, culminating in many student short films, workshops, and staged productions.
